We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated Utility Maintenance team member to help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient manufacturing environment. This role is essential to supporting daily operations by performing facility maintenance, preventative maintenance, housekeeping, and assisting the maintenance team with a variety of operational needs.

What You'll Do- Collect cardboard and plastic from around the facility and process through the balers daily.
- Perform weekly facility inspections and preventative maintenance activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and supporting 5S initiatives.
- Collect and dispose of trash from the production and maintenance areas daily.
- Complete daily checks of CNC machines and report maintenance concerns.
- Responsible for emptying and processing of CNC machining chip bins.
- Clean and maintain time clock kiosks, computers, scanners, tables, shelving, and other equipment.
- Safely move equipment and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Assist maintenance technicians with repairs, projects, and other maintenance activities.
- Support production by assisting with various manufacturing cell operations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two to five years of facilities, maintenance, or industrial support experience.
- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Working knowledge of machinery, tools, equipment maintenance, and basic repair techniques.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position is performed in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment and requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the workday. The successful candidate must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Regular exposure to manufacturing conditions, including diesel fuel, mineral spirits, paint, adhesives, sealants, and other industrial materials, should be expected.
