Key Responsibilities- Conduct accurate inspection, packaging, and labeling of products to meet quality standards.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment efficiently.
- Prepare raw materials and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices and compliance procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in production, manufacturing, or related roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform detailed, quality-focused work.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work ethic.
- Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Shifts available:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM or Monday-Thursday, 4:15 PM – 2:45 AM
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM or Monday-Thursday, 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM
- Overtime may be required based on production needs.
