As a Manufacturing Supervisor (3rd Shift), you'll lead and support teams to achieve excellence in manufacturing and operations. You'll oversee production activities, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements. This role blends hands-on leadership with operational management to deliver high-quality products that support our mission.

• Manage and coordinate daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and output goals
• Provide supportive, effective leadership that develops team members and builds a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to GMP, FDA regulations, and quality management systems
• Identify and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing methodologies
• Collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives
• Champion safety and regulatory compliance across all operations

• Advanced degree plus 3 years of manufacturing operations experience, or a bachelor's degree plus 5 years
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality management systems
• Demonstrated experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Effective leadership, team development, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing preferred
• Preferred fields of study:
  Engineering, Science, Business, or a related technical field

• Ability to work in varied environments, including clean rooms, warehouses, and manufacturing areas
• Physical requirements include standing/walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, or on-call schedules as required
