Integrated Marketing Manager – Mobile Internet, Security, Platforms & Portals

Responsibilities

• support the development and execution of core product narratives for T-Mobile for Business’ catalog of products
• collaborate with product, communications, brand, and creative teams
• contribute to product messaging development across integrated channels
• drive consistent messaging frameworks and operational procedures across the solutions messaging function
• design and oversee development of solutions messaging for TfB product portfolio
• collaborate with leadership across cross‑functional teams to align messaging priorities and ensure timely execution
• work with analytics and marketing operations to track and measure strategic objectives and evaluate marketing performance
• leverage data, analytics, and segmentation to identify opportunities and translate insights into product messaging

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
• 2-4 years Experience in creating compelling messaging that clearly reflects the value of products and solutions
• 1-2 years Delivering product/solutions messaging that transform highly technical product descriptions into digestible, easy to understand messaging
• 1-2 years Delivering omni/multi-channel messaging for integrated campaigns at scale
• Strong understanding of digital and integrated marketing channels
• Strong problem‑solving skills
