Creative Director

• Lead the development of integrated creative campaigns from concept through activation across digital, social, web, video, and traditional media
• Lead the creative concepting process and deliver innovative, original ideas
• Provide hands‑on guidance on art direction, design, and copy
• Direct visual and written creative development across deliverables
• Build client relationships and grow a specific client roster alongside Client Partners
• Serve as the senior creative voice in client presentations, workshops, and strategic creative discussions
• Manage account health and wellness with Client Partnership and Project Management, including budgets, timelines, quality, and resourcing
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and pursue new business
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices
• Establish and enforce creative standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with Insight & Strategy teams to ground concepts in audience insight and data
• Select and direct external creative partners such as photographers, illustrators, and production companies
• Align and deploy internal and external creative resources
• Build and develop high‑performing creative teams through mentoring, coaching, and career development support
• Foster collaboration and push the team to create high‑quality work
• Provide creative leadership and support for new business initiatives

• 8+ years of experience, with prior roles in a creative and/or agency setting and demonstrated increasing responsibility
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Proficiency with MacOS
• Experience managing a designated team and working cross functionally with other company leaders
• Passion for producing exceptional deliverables and measurable client impact
• Ability to connect business strategy, audience insights, and creative execution
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Strong organizational and resourcing skills
• Experience directing both visual and written content development
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and team growth
• Ability to work across video production, digital, social, and traditional media
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to perform required physical activities, including standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion
• Ability to occasionally lift or move objects between 10–20 pounds
