A community church in Clearwater, KS is seeking a Family Discipleship Pastor to provide leadership for Next Gen ministries, ensuring a cohesive discipleship pathway from birth to graduation. This role includes oversight of youth and children's ministry, equipping parents, and nurturing volunteer leadership. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and demonstrate spiritual maturity and strong relational abilities.
The position offers a salary of $50,000 with housing included and a master's tuition scholarship. Starting on August 1, 2026, for a two-year term.
