Urgent Care NP/PA Opening in Northern Arizona
- Federally qualified health center (FQHC) – Northern Arizona
- Nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant – Urgent Care setting seeing all ages
- Base salary range $108,700 – $152,200 DOE
- Group is open to newly graduated providers and is willing to mentor.
- Located in Northern Arizona. 4 hours to Las Vegas, NV, 2 hours to Flagstaff, AZ
- 100% Outpatient/Urgent Care
- No Call
- Schedule:
Providers work three 12-hour shifts per week - Relocation assistance available
- Professional liability coverage provided via FTCA
- Loan repayment qualified
- CME stipend plus one-week paid CME per year
