• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly revising them as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self‑care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, care activities, interventions, and outcomes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and interventions continuously, adjusting to improve patient health.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and their families.
• Supervise and delegate care provided by members of the healthcare team.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Respond to code situations promptly and effectively, providing interventions to stabilize patients.

• EKG proficiency (based on patient; see document EKG and Advanced Life Support Requirements)
• Fluent in English (read, verbal, and written)
• Basic computer skill navigating Microsoft Windows based programs
• Abstract reasoning to assess patient, evaluate interventions, and revise plan of care according to outcomes

• Physical Requirements -

Pay Range: $32.50 - $60.45
