Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled CVOR Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide expert cardiovascular surgical care and support in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer preoperative and postoperative care to cardiovascular surgery patients.
• Assist with intraoperative procedures and monitor patient vital signs meticulously.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document and communicate patient status and clinical findings accurately.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols throughout all procedures.
• Educate patients and families regarding postoperative care instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in cardiovascular operating room (CVOR).
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and perioperative care.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
• CPR and ACLS certifications are required.
