VITAS Healthcare in Kansas Lenexa is seeking an experienced home care Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure hospice patients are comfortable and to foster compassionate connections with their families. You will work autonomously at the patient’s bedside, delivering comfort-focused end-of-life care and guiding families through the hospice journey.
You’ll visit patients in private homes or facilities, with 4-6 visits daily and weekly interdisciplinary team meetings.
