Kiowa District Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our Long-Term Care team. Our CNAs do more than provide care—they build relationships, offer comfort, preserve dignity, and make a lasting difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
What You’ll Do- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide individualized care that promotes each resident’s comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Assist with meals, hydration, and daily activities.
- Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident needs and requests.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, providers, and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care.
- Support KDH’s mission of providing Quality C.A.R.E. Close to Home.
