The Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool supports multiple hospital units by providing high-quality patient care, demonstrating critical thinking, clinical expertise, and maintaining composure under pressure. This role offers varied clinical exposure and opportunities to improve processes through teamwork and communication.
Key Responsibilities- Adaptability to different units within the hospital, supporting diverse patient needs.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of clinical practice, safety, and patient advocacy.
- Participate in continuous learning and process improvements.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license and diploma required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
