Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments;
Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications;
Perform quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001 regulations to ensure compliance across manufacturing processes;
Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement;
Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions in accordance with quality management systems (QMS)
