Position Title: Quality Inspector
Wage: $18-$20/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a fast-paced manufacturing team dedicated to producing high-quality products that meet strict industry and customer standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, hands‑on inspection experience, and a passion for maintaining excellence throughout the production process.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in‑process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems
- Utilize advanced equipment like coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Perform quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001 regulations to ensure compliance across manufacturing processes
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, non‑conformance reports, and corrective actions in accordance with quality management systems (QMS)
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10-50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in an environment with varying noise levels, ranging from quiet to extremely loud
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001
- Hands‑on experience operating measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and CMMs
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and recommend corrective actions
- Knowledge of quality management principles and systems—QA/QC processes and procedures
- Prior involvement in conducting quality audits and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on the manufacturing floor, including but not limited to eye, ear, and foot protection
