Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate (Quality Assurance) coordinates and performs audits on turn‑key sourced and manufactured products. Organizes audits to be performed. Makes sure audits are completed in a timely manner. Makes decisions on acceptability. Communicates with inventory control when audits are completed and ready to release to stock. Coordinates and performs 100% inspections on failures and communicates findings. Ensures that our products exceed customer quality expectations by coordinating wear testing program.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM
- Organize and maintain the audit schedule; perform and complete audits within 3 days; rearrange schedule as needed for unexpected priority shipments.
- Perform audits and review results to make decisions on borderline quality issues.
- Work with Sourcing and Design to resolve audit issues; communicate findings.
- Perform audits and review results with Quality Supervisor.
- Perform 100% inspections; enter results into system and notify appropriate teams of results.
- Perform Expected Receipts report daily; determine styles to be audited; monitor issue styles, keep track of new styles and colors then audit if needed; pull styles needing garment weights.
- Document audit results into our system.
- Perform outbound audits before they leave the warehouse.
- Keep files up to date; replace and obtain new standards from Design.
- Communicate daily with Inventory Control team.
- Work with the Quality Assurance Coordinator to resolve audit issues, communicate findings and provide information on chargebacks.
- Maintain a tidy and neat audit site.
- Perform internal testing as needed.
- Research/Investigate inventory for quality issues.
- Organize and maintain the wear test program.
- Measure and inspect fit kits upon arrival.
- Ensure corrective actions are taken on nonconforming products.
- One to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in quality.
- Knowledge of audits and inspections.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Oracle is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to follow technical specifications and measure garments for conformance.
- Must be able to recognize nonconformance to approved samples, as related to construction, appearance and color.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch.
Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
