Ensuring a proactivesafety and quality excellence culture, systems, and processes for all employees within a manufacturing site. ProvidescomprehensiveEHSandQualitysupporttotheplant.

Thisincludesdrivingimplementationof

AmcorEHSandQuality programstoensuresafepeopleandsafeproductsthatmeetorexceedregulatoryandcompanystandardsthatleadstotop deliveryforour customers.

• LeadinimplementingandmaintainingEHSandQualityprograms,policies,improvementandsustainmentinitiatives,and compliance requirements.
• Promoteaproactivesafetyandqualityculturetoreducerisk,injuries,andenvironmentalimpactwhiledeliverqualityproduct.
• Administer and/ordevelopandsustainprocedures,includingriskassessmentsandcompliance documentation.
• Coordinateanddelivertraining(newhire,annual,and ongoing),ensuringregulatoryandcompany compliance.
• Conductinternalandexternalaudits(EHS,GMP,quality systems),including preparation,reporting,corrective actions,and follow-up.
• Develop,implement,andmaintainthevariouscomponentsofthe
  
  Quality Systeminaccordancewith Standard Operating  Procedures and other external Customer requirements
• Performcomplianceassessmentsandmanageimprovement plans.
• Leadtheplant'sHACCPprogramthroughtrainingand awareness.
• Overseeenvironmentalprograms,includinghazardouswastemanagement,regulatory reporting,and permitting compliance.
• Partnerwithcross-functionalteamstodriveimprovements,waste reduction,costsavings,and process optimization.
• Investigateandresolveinternalandexternalqualityissues,complaints,andnon-conformances.
• Managequalityoperations,includingdailyactivitiesandsupervisionofpeople/processes.
• Supportproducttrialsandcustomer-driveninitiativestoensurequalityandcompliancestandardsaremet.
• Administernotificationandtrackingsystems,ensuringtimelyresolutionandaccurate documentation.
• Monitormaterialdispositions,returnedgoods,andrelatedqualitymetricstoensuretimelyandaccurate processing.
• Provideimmediateresponseorcoordinationforworkplaceincidentsandmedicalneeds.
• Ensureadherencetoallcompany,safety,environmental,andGMPpoliciesand procedures.
• Leadorsupportspecialprojectsandcontinuousimprovementinitiativesasneeded.

• Bachelor'sdegreein
  
  Engineering,Safety,Environmental,Quality,orarelatedfield
• 1-3+yearsofexperienceinEHS,Quality,ormanufacturingenvironments
• Experienceinflexiblepackagingmanufacturingpreferred
• Workingknowledgeofsafety,environmental,and quality regulations
• Qualitysystemsexperiencepreferred
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Beltcertification (orabilitytoobtain) preferred
