Job Summary
As a Cleanroom Testing Technician II, you test products to ensure compliance with engineering specifications for oxygen products, perform setup and execution of tests on raw materials, parts, components, finished items, packaging, equipment and systems, and confirm function of electrical, oxygen, mechanical and chemical systems. Scope includes strength, thermal, chemical management, pyrometry and PSI testing.
Responsibilities- Work under direct supervision with limited discretion and follow routine procedures.
- Apply technical principles, theories, and concepts to complete new assignments.
- Execute engineering conformance testing from setup through final tests on finished products.
- Design, develop and execute test programs, processes, and systems to measure product functionality and integrity.
- Follow company and manufacturing safety and compliance guidelines.
- Record and report test results, conduct test simulations, and develop automated test scripts using scripting and programming languages.
- Support investigations of defects discovered during testing.
- Communicate with team members to understand requirements.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards and perform all work in an environmentally controlled clean‑room environment (donning and doffing clean‑room suits).
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education related to the discipline.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Ability to follow standard procedures and apply technical skills.
