Cleanroom Testing Technician II
As a Cleanroom Testing Technician II, you will perform testing to assess conformance with engineering specifications for Oxygen Products. You will set up testing apparatus, conduct quality assurance and control tests on raw materials, parts, components, finished items, packaging, equipment, and systems. You will perform final tests on subassemblies or completed units to ensure proper functioning of electrical, oxygen systems, mechanical, and chemical performance.
The scope of work may include strength testing, thermal testing, chemical management, pyrometry and PSI testing.
- Perform engineering conformance testing from setup through final tests on finished products.
- Design and develop test programs, processes, and systems to measure product functionality and integrity.
- Follow company and manufacturing guidelines for safety and compliance.
- Carry out testing, record results, and ensure product reliability.
- Conduct test simulations and record results.
- Plan automated test scripts using scripting and programming languages.
- Support technical investigations for defects discovered during test activities.
- Communicate with team members to understand requirements and follow safety and quality standards.
- All work completed in an environmentally controlled clean room environment, wearing company‑provided suits.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to follow standard procedures and perform under limited supervision.
- Strong technical problem‑solving abilities and basic programming knowledge.
