The R&D Quality Leader will oversee the comprehensive quality assurance processes within the R&D department. - Team: R&D Quality Team
- Direct quality assurance efforts for the R&D organization, ensuring high standards in product design and development.
- Spearhead improvements in the NPI process with an emphasis on validation and verification practices.
- Foster the use of advanced methodologies and tools to enhance product quality in both hardware and software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management within an R&D environment.
- Proven expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, particularly in validation and verification.
- Strong background in hardware and software development for critical infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with software-enabled technologies in the industrial or energy sectors.
- Familiarity with contemporary quality management systems and methodologies.
- Proficient in quality assurance tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to product development and quality management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- This position may require occasional travel.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the UK.
