• Ability to follow recipe instructions to ensure consistent quality, establish presentation technique and quality standards

• Follow compliance with sanitation and safety requirements for culinary equipment and to assure usage is properly operated and maintained
• Ability to walk, stand and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisors/managers
• Culinary degree a plus, but not required/necessary
• Ensure consistency and quality at all times
