Job DescriptionThe Operations Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day operational functions of Summit Sportswear. This role ensures accurate order processing, product setup, and coordination with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow and timely fulfillment. The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and communication across operations.
Responsibilities- Add artwork requests into the production queue.
- Order garments and manage garment sourcing.
- Place blind orders as needed.
- Track and manage garment inventory, including overseas fabric usage.
- Order and maintain supplies to support operational needs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience with ERP systems (Net Suite experience a plus), proficiency with computer systems and data entry, takes initiative and delivers results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of operations, retail, or supply chain experience preferred.
- Experience in apparel, retail, or related industry a plus.
- Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment.
- Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen.
- Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds.

Pay Range$20.00 - $25.00
