Inventory Control Coordinator

Position Summary

The Inventory Control Coordinator ensures efficient inventory management within the pharmacy, maintaining a clean, orderly, professional environment.

• Purchase, receive, track, and reconcile inventory balances; perform replenishment, put‑away, cycle counting, and monitor B/O and Days’ Supply.
• Manage returned goods per SOP and monitor product trends and shortages.
• Keep pharmacy pick stations stocked with medications and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining dispensing and back‑stock refrigerators.
• Provide packing supplies to Operations Assistants and keep pack stations stocked.
• Pull short‑dated or expired product from active inventory.
• File inventory and SOX documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by Leadership.

• 1 year professional experience in a warehouse, purchasing, or inventory environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and be physically able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk for extended periods.

• Experience with SAP Warehouse Management software.
• Pharmacy Technician License within 3 months of hire.

Verifiable high‑school diploma or GED required.

Pay range: $17.00 – $28.46 per hour.

Starting pay rates: $18.50 – $20.02 per hour (USD).

Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
