As a Senior Meat Cutter you will drive sales in your area to deliver more of what our members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates on tools and tasks, maintain inventory levels, and control shrinkage.
• Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of meat varieties, seasonality, equipment usage, and backroom operations, processing meat to specifications while meeting food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, using handheld technology for real‑time business decisions.
• Drive operational excellence, plan for profitability, maintain a clean work area, ensure high‑volume product quality, eliminate waste, and secure fragile merchandise.
• Advocate for the department and club, model high‑quality service, assist with training associates, and support continuous improvement.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing action plans and the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to meet deadlines and communicate progress.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

• At least 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Will successfully complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.

• Meat Processing Area experience.
