- Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom
- Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area
- Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, offer guidance, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote company products.
- Maintain safety: conduct sweeps, follow forklift spotting, handle hazardous materials, follow steel standard guidelines, and report unsafe situations.
- Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation: zone areas, stock, arrange, organize, set up displays, remove damaged goods, price merchandise, identify shrink and damages, secure fragile items.
- Monitor product quality: ensure rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation standards, and prominent display of promotions and seasonal merchandise.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics: implement action plans, use the Open Door Policy, and apply integrity in all business processes.
- Complete work assignments: use policies, data, and resources; collaborate; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to and learn from change.
- Assist with club pick‑up orders: pick, stage, and ensure products are selected and staged according to policy.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. The actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Preferred CompensationPremiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
