Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

ECS is Epoxy Coating Specialists, a trusted provider of commercial and industrial-focused seamless flooring solutions with 30 years in the business. Serving industrial, commercial, and institutional customers, ECS has built a reputation for craftsmanship, quality, and service. We specialize in mission-critical and high-end flooring systems for stadiums, auto dealerships, manufacturing, food and beverage, educational, and pharmaceutical facilities.
The Territorial Sales Manager is responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers, ensuring the ECS brand is top-of-mind within the territory, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience and is motivated to build a high-performing regional pipeline.
Primary
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with ECS’s growth objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within the territory.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, including facility owners, general contractors, and property managers.
- Partner with estimating and operations teams to deliver accurate bids and exceptional project execution.
- Attend local industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote ECS’s solutions.
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and results using CRM tools; report regularly on key metrics.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of ECS’s product offerings and market trends.
- Travel extensively (25%+) throughout the assigned region to develop customer relationships and close opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, coatings, commercial flooring, or facilities management.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals and grow revenue.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time to pursue opportunities and meet customers.
- Experience in resinous or polished flooring a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce, Hub Spot) a plus.
Expected
Schedule:
- 8 — 10-hour shift
- Day shift, Monday through Friday
- Weekends as needed
