Senior Sales Manager – Environmental Air Pollution Control (Metals & Minerals)

Senior Sales Manager to support the Metals and Minerals industries within the Environmental Air Pollution Control Division at Schust Development Inc., a division of Scheuch USA Inc.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the existing account base and account strategy, spend growth, upsells, and renewals.
  • Develop and execute account plans based on understanding of customer goals.
  • Collaborate with application engineering team to address customer needs and uncover new opportunities.
  • Lead strategic business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
  • Identify new stakeholder contacts to drive expansion.
  • Lead proposal development with in‑house engineering support.
  • Negotiate and close deals with legal support.
  • Provide periodic forecasts of monthly order intake.
  • Track activities and maintain account/contact/Opportunity database in CRM.
  • Achieve assigned sales goals for the territory or market.
Qualifications
  • Experience selling to or working in concrete, lime, steel, aluminum plants or foundries.
  • 5‑7 years of experience selling capital industrial equipment and solutions in a team environment.
  • B.S. degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of ventilation technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time.
  • Experience reporting to senior management.
  • Proven success selling on value.
  • Positive, upbeat attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced, self‑directed environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Excel; familiarity with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.
