Overview

We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams globally, including our sales development representative (SDR) teams. Our SDRs are typically outstanding graduates from STEM fields beginning a sales career in software, starting in the SDR role  are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. Our goal is to manage inbound leads for a global tech company and develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, empathy, and a rigorous work ethic.

The sales development organisation serves as a sales academy, and we seek SDR Team Managers who are committed to developing skills and establishing a strong culture.

You should be determined to grow your own skills as well as those of your team, and enjoy learning about new technologies.

Canonical represents a broad and growing range of open source solutions, providing ample opportunities to learn about new tech or specialize in areas you enjoy. You should be open to innovation and willing to experiment with new outbound approaches to adapt to market changes. In this role your primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of 2-10 SDRs / BDRs and maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline.
