Position: Regional Vice President of Sales, Homebody (IC-Enterprise)

As an Enterprise Sales Executive (Regional Vice President of Sales) at Entrata, you will identify, establish, and nurture business sales relationships with property management companies in the West Region.

This role is remote, with periodic local and regional travel, as well as visits to Entrata headquarters in Utah and participation in national trade shows.

Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs.
  • Emphasize product features to showcase how they address customer challenges.
  • Answer customer inquiries about our products.
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors.
  • Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow‑ups.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry (a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Passionate about sales, with exceptional presentation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Understanding of how to cultivate client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
  • Social intelligence and the capacity to build lasting, high‑quality relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales results and a track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience selling CRM software.
  • Knowledge of property management software.
  • Experience working with a remote team.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Existing relationships within the property management industry.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in property management technology.
  • Multilingual proficiency to cater to diverse clients.

$105,000 - $135,000 a year, plus commission.
