Are you a proven closer looking for a high-income opportunity with a company that invests in your success? Aptive is seeking driven, competitive sales professionals to join our high-performing termite protection team. This role is ideal for experienced in-home sales representatives, inspectors, or commission-based closers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want uncapped earning potential. You’ll meet with existing Aptive customers through pre-qualified appointments, perform home inspections, and educate homeowners on the value of termite protection services.

- Conduct 7-9 scheduled home inspections daily for existing customers
- Identify termite risks and recommend protection solutions
- Educate homeowners and close sales during the appointment
- Deliver a professional, customer-first experience
- Manage your daily route using a company-provided vehicle
- Warm, pre-qualified leads — no cold calling
- Company vehicle, gas card, and toll pass
- Uncapped commission structure
