National Sales Representative, ATS Logistics

As a National Sales Representative, you will be a trusted partner helping customers discover transportation solutions that truly make a difference.

• Managing a pipeline of prospects from outreach to close
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal business partners
• Conducting needs assessments and presenting tailored solutions
• Meeting (and exceeding!) revenue, activity and performance goals
• Collaborating with marketing, product and operations teams
• Maintaining clean CRM records and accurate forecasting
• Representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Driven by results and motivated by uncapped potential
• A strong communicator – persuasive, professional and confident
• Comfortable handling outbound calls, customer meetings and presentations
• Experienced in sales (or eager to learn with transferable skills)
• Organized, disciplined and proactive with follow‑through
• Tech‑savvy and familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)

• Total cash compensation range of this position is $52,000 to $150,000+ which includes a base salary that starts at $52,000 plus the opportunity for monthly performance incentives. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
• Employees may be eligible for performance‑based incentives, which may vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
