Overview:
AJL Web Craft is seeking driven Sales Representatives to secure new clients for our web development | graphic design | web design | mobile design | services. This role is entirely commission-based with unlimited earning potential—the more new business you bring in, the more you earn. Payment is issued only when the client pays AJL Web Craft.
Responsibilities:
- Take initiative to find new clients and business opportunities
- Source potential clients through online platforms and communities, including:
- -- Discord
- -- Linked In
- -- Other relevant channels
- Present our web development services and portfolio to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Report sales progress and performance regularly
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in tech or web development services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Ability to understand and explain the technical aspects of our services
- Comfortable with a 100% commission-only compensation model
Compensation:
- Earn a fixed commission percentage per project, with potential increases based on performance
- Unlimited earnings—the more you secure new business, the higher your income
- Payment is made only after the client pays AJL Web Craft
