Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter who can confidently make cold calls, speak with a US-friendly accent
, and understands basic marketing concepts
. Your main job will be to connect with potential clients in the US and UK, qualify them, and book appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make cold calls to leads in the US and UK
  • Set appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team
  • Understand our services and explain them clearly to potential clients
  • Use marketing knowledge to identify good-fit leads
  • Record all call details and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Meet weekly goals for calls, leads, and appointments
Requirements
  • 1+ year of cold calling and appointment setting experience
  • US-friendly accent and fluent English
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and lead generation
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Experience using a CRM system (like Hub Spot or Salesforce)
  • Able to work during US and UK time zones
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or digital marketing
  • Familiar with tools like Zoom Info, Apollo, or Linked In Sales Navigator
