Kustom Signals, Inc. is a leader in providing innovative solutions for Law Enforcement and Public Safety. We are seeking a motivated Sales Prospector to help drive new sales opportunities and support our Sales Team within assigned territories.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting via phone and email.
Develop relationships with law enforcement agencies (police departments, sheriff’s offices, highway patrol, etc.).Understand customer needs and match them with KSI’s solutions, including In-Car Video, Body-Worn Cameras, Speed Enforcement RADAR/LIDAR, and more.
Maintain accurate records in CRM software and coordinate follow-ups with the Sales Team.
Develop a prospecting schedule and provide weekly reports on progress.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma required; a four-year degree is a plus. Previous experience in sales prospecting, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to adapt, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
