We are seeking a highly versatile and proactive IT Systems Integration & Innovation Specialist in our Lenexa office. This role serves as a key technical contributor, providing help desk assistance while taking on advanced responsibilities in system integrations via APIs, mobile device management, development of custom AI-powered tools using company-specific data, collaboration with Network Services, cybersecurity support, and standardization of tools and processes.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem‑solving across diverse technologies, and is comfortable supporting both internal teams and occasional on‑site customer needs.
Drive revenue growth by delivering tailored technology solutions while expanding existing accounts and building long‑term customer relationships.
Provide consultative expertise in developing solutions such as Network Services, Wireless, VOIP, UCaaS, storage, servers, and related technologies

Identify and develop opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Convert leads into actionable opportunities by coordinating the appropriate sales process, internal teams, and next steps.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, including Facility Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, and Purchasing teams.
Develop, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
Create and execute strategic account plans to drive long‑term, profitable partnerships.
Prepare and present account reports, proposals, and quotes for services, upgrades, and solutions (time & material and fixed price).
Secure renewals of service contracts to support ongoing customer retention.
Estimate and scope projects by integrating equipment, controls, subcontractors, and services.
Prepare, negotiate, and review project agreements and scopes of work.
Serve as a trusted advisor by assisting customers with technical questions and industry insights.
Leverage strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills to match customer needs with the right technology solutions.
Requirements- Three to five years of service sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Final candidates must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background investigation, including criminal and motor vehicle check.
