Horizon Systems is looking for a Service Solutions Sales Representative to support customers in the process manufacturing industry by selling parts, components, and services, while helping maintain long-term relationships. This role is ideal for individuals with a technical mindset who enjoy problem-solving and providing excellent customer service.

The Role:

As a Service Solutions Representative, you will be an integral part of our growth strategy, leveraging your product knowledge and relationship building to provide best‑in‑class customer service to new and existing customers. Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Serve as regional contact for aftermarket inquiries from existing or potential customers and provide quotations and sales support as necessary.
  • Drive sales by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers through telephone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Collaborate with production and procurement teams for product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain customer records in our CRM and track sales opportunities.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
