Responsibilities- Act as a business representative for our insulation and building products distribution division.
- Manage your own territory and aggressively grow sales while promoting the Service Partners brand.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and prospect new accounts.
- Present, negotiate, and communicate effectively (both verbal and written).
- Process dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements using computer systems.
- Occasionally perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
- Knowledge of general contractor and building industry preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science a plus.
- Ability to comprehend construction drawings.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Travel: cover a territory with a 250‑mile radius and overnight requirements up to 75%.
Prolonged standing, repetitive motions including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength required. Lifting up to 50 pounds.
