We’re seeking a motivated and ambitious intern to join our dynamic Business Development team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of medical sales, gain hands‑on experience in lead generation and client engagement, and build a foundation for a career in business development or healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Intern, you will:

  • Identify and engage potential institutional clients across the US.
  • Support outreach efforts by researching prospects and preparing materials for outreach campaigns.
  • Schedule meetings for senior sales team members.
  • Represent GIDEON at select conferences and virtual events to generate leads (travel optional but may be offered).
  • Nurture relationships with prospective clients through follow‑up and communication support.
  • Assist in tracking and improving lead generation performance.
  • Train with the sales team and develop product expertise.
  • Learn the basics of a consultative sales process with guidance from experienced team members.
Ideal Candidate
