Oncology Sales Specialist
Our Sales team supports customers by providing clinical information about products, educational content, and clinical training programs. We help healthcare providers and systems achieve patient goals in their communities.

Field-Based Position Details- Location:
Phoenix South - Candidate must reside within the territory.
- Travel: approximately 25% of the time.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and create compelling rationale for product value, contrasting and positioning our brand versus competitors, and provide additional information when needed.
- Act as primary point of contact, meet with key customers to understand practice structure and key influencers.
- Possess knowledge of cancer staging, treatment options, dosing schedules, and impact of clinical trials across tumor types.
- Analyze complex buying environment, evaluate distribution channels and prescription patterns.
- Develop short- and long-term account plans with stakeholders, share best practices.
- Influence beyond specific geography, ask strategic questions, use insights to position our oncology brands, and collaborate with customers on customized strategy.
- Collaborate across internal divisions for consistent customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years Sales experience or high school diploma with at least 10 years equivalent experience.
- Equivalent experience may include professional sales, healthcare or scientific field work, marketing, or military experience.
- 2+ years of oncology field sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Travel commitment as required.
- Strong performance history in sales, marketing, or oncology clinical roles.
- Clinical oncology experience across multiple solid tumors (breast, ovarian, cervical).
- Candidates with 0–2 years of oncology sales experience will be hired at the S2 Oncology Sales Representative level.
- Candidates with 2+ years of oncology sales experience will be hired at the S3 Oncology Sales Specialist level.
