As an Associate Program Manager, you will support the successful execution of client programs by managing timelines, workflows, and project deliverables. Working under the guidance of a Program Director or Program Manager, you will act as a central point of coordination across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
In your day-to‑day, you will oversee project workflows, facilitate internal and client meetings, and ensure that deliverables progress on schedule. You will also help manage medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submissions, coordinate with vendors, and support financial tracking, including budgets and invoicing. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to independently lead smaller projects while mentoring junior team members and contributing to overall team success.
RequiredExperience
- 2–3 years of experience in a client service, agency, or project coordination environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience supporting medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes
- Exposure to budgeting or financial tracking for client projects
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or program logistics
- Familiarity with vendor or agency partner management
Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The disclosed range estimate is $52,882.40 – $79,323.60 USD
. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
