• Conduct outbound calls, in-person meetings, and networking to generate new business
• Identify and engage prospective clients through provided leads, referrals, and your network
• Educate clients on the benefits of various insurance products (auto, home, life, business)
• Assess client needs and provide customized insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and customer loyalty
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to the agencys success
• Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
  
  Keep accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in the CRM

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering quality service
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet goals
• No previous sales experience is required; however, experience in retail, customer service, or other client-facing roles is a plus
• Ability to obtain an insurance license within a specified timeframe
