We are now looking for a Sales Supporter to join our Sales team.
Whatyou will be doing?
As our new Sales Supporter, you will play an important role in supporting the global sales organization. You will work closely with our Technical Sales Engineers and help coordinate and handle many of the practical and commercial tasks that keep our sales processes moving.
Your tasks will include:- Supporting the sales organization with administrative and commercial tasks
- Preparing quotations based on technical input and drawings from Technical Sales Engineers
- Collecting pricing information from suppliers and working with calculations and commercial data
- Maintaining dialogue with customers, without having direct customer responsibility
- Reviewing and handling technical documentation and drawings, including 3D drawings
- Finding and working with information across older and more complex systems
- Helping solve the tasks that naturally fall between departments and ensuring good coordination across teams
You will report to the Sales Support Manager and join our growing North American commercial team, currently consisting of six colleagues.
Is this you?We are looking for a structured and proactive person who enjoys working with both details and coordination. You thrive in a role with many different stakeholders and are motivated by supporting colleagues and creating progress in everyday tasks.
We imagine that you:- Have 1–3 years of experience in a commercial support, sales support, or technical administrative role
- Are an advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Have experience working with Microsoft 365 and preferably CRM systems and Dynamics 365
- Feel comfortable working with technical documentation and have an interest in learning to understand technical drawings
- Enjoy working with numbers, pricing, calculations, and documentation
- Work in a structured and detail-oriented way while keeping an overview of multiple tasks
- Are curious, collaborative, and ready to help where needed
- Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. Spanish language skills are an advantage.
