City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help our franchise owners grow their businesses. In this role, you'll be the engine that fills the top of our sales funnel—researching prospects, making outbound connections, and setting up qualified appointments for our franchise sales teams.

You'll connect with decision-makers, learn to master outbound outreach, and play a crucial part in driving business growth across 20+ facility service lines.

• Research and identify businesses in assigned franchise markets that could benefit from City Wide's services.
• Execute 100+ high-quality outbound activities (calls, emails, Linked In messages) each day to build interest and schedule qualified appointments.
• Schedule, confirm, and document appointments, creating a seamless handoff to franchise sales executives.
• Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all outreach efforts and communications.
• Collaborate regularly with franchise owners to review progress, refine outreach strategies, and deliver consistent messaging.
• Provide valuable insights to leadership on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
