Sales Manager – BODYBAR Pilates

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving membership sales, leading the sales team, and supporting the daily operations of the studio. This role combines sales leadership, relationship building, community outreach, and operational excellence to grow the studio's membership base while fostering a welcoming and results‑driven environment.

The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for health, wellness, and exceptional customer service.

• Lead all membership sales efforts to achieve and exceed monthly revenue and membership goals.
• Develop and execute weekly sales strategies to meet studio sales targets and improve lead conversion.
• Generate new business through community outreach, networking events, local partnerships, and business‑to‑business relationship building.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline by following up with prospective members through phone calls, emails, text messages, and CRM tracking.
• Promote memberships, introductory offers, referral programs, and studio events to drive growth.

• Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and hold Sales Associates accountable for achieving individual and team sales goals.
• Prepare and analyze weekly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
  
  Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve sales results and member retention.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop action plans that support studio growth and profitability.

• Create and manage engaging social media content that promotes memberships, retail products, studio events, and special promotions.
• Represent BODYBAR Pilates at community events, networking opportunities, and local business partnerships to generate qualified leads.
• Support studio marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and membership growth.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or fitness.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience using CRM or membership management software is a plus.
• Passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
