This full-time, on-site role in Lenexa, KS combines inside sales, customer service, and warehouse responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, providing product information, and supporting inside sales activities such as quoting and follow-up. The role involves coordinating with manufacturers and customers, updating customer records, and contributing to lead generation efforts. Warehouse-related duties may include receiving, picking, packing, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

The position requires collaboration with team members to maintain high customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, follow up on inquiries, and support account growth.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on timely response, problem-solving, and building long-term relationships.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Basic warehouse and inventory handling abilities, including order processing, stocking, and safe material handling.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using office and ERP or order‑entry software; basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Experience in plumbing, irrigation, water well, or related distribution industries is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or experience in sales, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
