Customer Outreach Coordinator - Pre-Sales Specialist

Legacy Restoration is hiring full‑time Customer Outreach Coordinators – Pre‑Sales Specialists to join our team in Kansas City, KS. This field‑based role offers stability, growth, and the opportunity to engage directly with homeowners.

• Winter:
  Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm and Saturday 10 am–3 pm
• Summer:
  Monday–Friday 11 am–7 pm and Saturday 9 am–2 pm

In this position, you will visit designated neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to Legacy Restoration's services, answer basic questions, schedule appointments for Closing Sales Representatives, and serve as the initial point of contact for potential customers.

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for coverage areas
• Ability to walk through neighborhoods consistently
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
