Required Skills & Experience- 2-4 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry.

• Proven sales and marketing experience with knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies at the wholesale distribution level.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license if driving is an essential function of the role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Experience working in wholesale HVAC distribution preferred
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
