Sales Executive

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through outreach, lead generation, and networking
• Grow a strong base of recurring clients and nurture relationships month after month
• Schedule appointments, present tailored solutions, and negotiate deals
• Keep the CRM pipeline organized and updated
• Promote a positive, empowered work atmosphere valuing teamwork and client success
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support growth and results
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through closing

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• 2–3 years successful B2B sales experience with a true “hunter” mindset and passion for over achievement
• Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a plus
• Superior communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills with meticulous follow‑up
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• CRM systems and Microsoft Office skills required
• Ability to lift, bend, and walk in the field as needed

Demonstrates expertise in B2B Sales, including lead generation, client relationship management, and full sales cycle ownership. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
