This role supports the development and execution of national market strategies for Agri Sompo’s crop insurance business by analyzing regional and national trends, competitive activity, distribution opportunities, and producer needs to drive profitable growth. The position partners closely with National Accounts, Business Development Representatives, and cross-functional teams including underwriting, sales, marketing, and leadership to evaluate territory performance, strengthen agency relationships, identify market opportunities, and align strategic priorities with business objectives.

**** What you’ll be doing:*
* · Conduct national market analysis for Agri Sompo’s crop insurance business, including regional trends, competitive activity, distribution opportunities, and producer needs.
· Develop and maintain market strategies with clear, measurable business development targets aligned to company growth objectives.
· Partner closely with Business Development team to understand territory performance, agency relationships, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
· Identify national and regional market trends to support profitable growth and improved market positioning.
· Analyze business development performance and recommend strategic adjustments based on results, market shifts, and territory needs.
