Responsibilities

Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources

Requirements

Sales experience or a client-facing background is preferred
Proven track record of winning
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Intrinsically driven to be successful
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required prior to start date
A Life & Health Insurance license is required prior to start date
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
Multi-tasking and organization skills are an asset
Basic business software experience
