As a Commercial HVAC Serviceman / Service Technician you will deliver solutions customers can count on. You’ll be in the field, solving challenging problems while receiving world‑class training, cutting‑edge tools, and continuous learning opportunities. What you’ll do- Inspect and maintain air‑conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions in heating and cooling units.
- Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC equipment, including thermostatic controls and liquid lines.
- Service refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, ice machines, gas packs, and heat pumps.
- Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems and adjust internal control systems.
- Assemble and install metal ductwork and assist in HVAC system planning and design.
- Ensure compliance with city, state, and EPA regulations by maintaining detailed maintenance records.
- Identify and mitigate risks to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with management to support safety and operational standards.
- 2+ years of practical working experience in the HVAC industry.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, crawl, sit, squat for extended periods, climb a ladder, and work on rooftops.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid, current driver’s license and insurability by the company’s insurance carrier.
- Basic understanding of building automation controls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Salesforce and Service Max is a plus.

Paid travel time after the first hour and an on‑call schedule for better work‑life balance (rotations every 7‑8 weeks in most locations).

Pay RangeThe hourly rate for this position is between $24.00 and $48.00 per hour. Pay may vary based on skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
